Cheese Ball

This week I’m sharing the recipe for another dip that’s a favorite at picnics and family events. I’ve seen many variations of cheese ball, but this is the one that I’ve always liked the best. My favorite crackers to use with this dip are Wheat Thins and Triscuits.

Directions:

Cheese Ball

Chop or cut the dried beef into small pieces and put aside. I like to roll up a couple slices and cut it up with kitchen scissors.

Mix the cream cheese, miracle whip, and mustard until smooth and creamy.

Cheese Ball

Put about 1/3 of the dried beef into the cream cheese mixture, and spread the remaining pieces onto a sheet of wax paper.

Put the cream cheese mixture onto the wax paper and coat the outside of it with the dried beef and form it into a ball. Refrigerate it until it is slightly firm. Serve with crackers and enjoy!!
