Chicken Stuffed Shells

This recipe came from my Great Aunt Nancy. Her father was a chef, and she was one of the best cooks I ever knew. Some of our favorite family recipes came from her, and this is certainly no exception.

I enjoy this recipe because it is a change from the traditional Italian style ricotta stuffed shells.

Directions:

  1. Boil shells until they are al dente and drain.
  2. Cook stuffing according to directions on package.
  3. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, shredded chicken, cheese, and mayo. Mix well.           Chicken Stuffed Shells
  4. Fill shells with stuffing and place in a baking dish.
  5. Mix 2 cans of soup with 1 can water and pour over shells.                                              Chicken Stuffed Shells
  6. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
